Katie Moth Portfolio
Katie Moth is a talented printed textiles designer, maker and display creative at Harvey Nichols. I was approached to create an identity portfolio for her to project herself across the web and social media.
I designed and built www.katiemoth.co.uk working closely with Ms.Moth. Taking a look at how the social media strategies for Ben & Jerry's and Tate & Lyle's 'We Love Baking' work, I adapted a set of strategic guidelines with which Ms.Moth is able to effectively broadcast her digital presence through Facebook, Twitter and selected blogs.
By engaging in conversations with fans of her work and like minded textile people, Ms.Moth has begun to accumulate a following and is creating a community. Key bloggers like Tigerprint have found her work and interviewed her about her craft. New opportunities for exposure frequently become available.
